Can't Find a Product
Our search feature can be used to locate your items. On the top of every shopping page is a "Search" box. Type in a word to locate items containing that word in the name or description, or type in the item number to locate a specific item.
If you can't find an item, it is possible that the item you are looking for was mistakenly not put on the website or has been discontinued and is no longer available for sale. To inquire, please contact us by calling 615-573-6621 or emailing us at designapparelservice@gmail.com.
Bulk Pricing
We can offer discounts on higher quantity orders based on the number ordered. If you are interested in ordering in bulk items, contact us at 615-573-6621.
Custom Orders for your Group
We can make custom items such as coins and patches for reunion groups, units, and other groups! If you would like a custom item made, please contact us at 615-573-6621.
Backorders
Backordered products are items that we normally carry in stock, but we have sold out of in our warehouse. We must wait for more product to arrive before we can send it to you. Items on backorder USUALLY take about 2 weeks to ship, but they can take longer. We make every effort to get the product in and ship the backordered items as soon as we can. Payment Options
Design-Apparel.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal on our website and over the phone. If you choose, you can also mail in a money order. Just email us at designapparelservice@gmail.com to obtain the address to mail your money order.

Sales Tax
By law we are required to charge sales tax for orders that are shipped to a location in Texas. Rates will vary per location.
Returns/Exchanges
We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase! Every order comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund or exchange any merchandise within 60 days of purchase. If you are returning unused, non-personalized merchandise to be exchanged for correct sizes, please enclose $5.95 for return postage. Pricing
All purchases are subject to current website pricing. The company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that might occur in the production of emails, banners and website. Should an error occur in pricing, the customer shall have the option of paying the correct price less 10%* or receive a full refund.
